MCM Sports Medicine provides physical therapy, wellness services, and athletic performance training. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.
Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by calling our office. We request 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, HSA, and flex spending cards. Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change.
